If you are looking for free SEO tools, Wordtracker has just launched a cool new SEO tool that will allow you to write search-engine-friendly pages as you blog. You can easily install SEO Blogger as a Firefox Add-On. This will put a little “W” icon at the bottom right-hand corner of your Firefox browser.
When you click on the “W” icon, SEO Blogger opens as a side-bar inside your browser window. This is a mini version of Wordtracker’s keyword research tool! Cool! Now you don’t have to leave your blog post editing page in order to do your keyword research!
All you have to do is enter a keyword or key phrase and click Search. SEO Blogger will return a list of related keywords and phrases for you and list them in the order of searches made. You can tell how popular each keyword is by the number of searches.
For the keywords that you wish to use in your blog, click on Add and it will be added to a list at the bottom of the side-bar named Your Chosen Keywords. Now all you need to do is to blog away and insert those SEO-friendly keywords in your post. SEO Blogger will even keep tab of the number of times you use those keywords in your post! How cool can that be!
For example, right now as I am writing this blog, SEO Blogger tells me that I have used the term “SEO” 14 times, “SEO tools” 3 times, “free SEO tools” twice and “SEO web design” twice!
For those of you who would want to use the tool for SEO web design, I guess you can still use it by starting it as a blog, copying the result and paste it onto you web-page design. You can then not post your blog if you don’t want to.
I guess installing SEO Blogger should be a no-brainer. Go get it at SEO Blogger!
